Your Prosthesis Fitting Appointment:
Bring a prescription from your
doctor if purchase is being
submitted to any insurance company. Check with your insurance company
in advance to make sure your policy covers the products if it is
time to be fit again, any deductible or co-pay information.
What to expect:
Your first appointment will take approx. 1 hour and you will see an experienced,
accredited prosthetic Certified Mastectomy Fitter. We have a full selection of
sizes, skin tones and shapes of silicone breast prosthesis and hundreds of bras.
Bring a favorite shirt or a button down if you have limited range of motion.
You MUST BRING Dr. prescription, Insurance cards, and photo id and make an advance
appointment. We need to include
