Once upon a time in the 1950's, there was a very unhappy housewife named Flossy. She took a great deal of pride in caring for her children and volunteered for the PTA and Sisterhood, but something was missing in her life. In 1955, Israel (Flossy's husband) gave her $16,000 to start her own business called Jay Ann. The store had a variety of items ranging from bras, girdles, underwear and fine lingerie. In 1970, post-mastectomy products became available and women could now be fit for silicone breast prosthesis and bras with pockets to keep breast forms secure and in place. Since the beginning , Jay Ann has always been a family owned business.

Today the business is owned and operated by the third generation, cousin to Flossy. Jay Ann Intimates continues to offer all different products for every woman, regardless of age or size. Jay Ann Intimates continues to help all women feel and look their best everyday!
